Hola querida comunidad, nuevamente con ustedes, esta vez con una receta sencilla y muy sabrosa que se llama Bollos Rellenos de Carne de Res, acompaƱada de una sabrosa salsa de tomates casera, esta receta sirve para una cena o un desayuno, como tu lo prefieras es deliciosa a cualquier hora.

INGREDIENTES

āœ“ Harina de maĆ­z precocida, medio kilo
āœ“ Dos taza de agua a temperatura ambiente
āœ“ Sal al gusto
āœ“ Guiso:
Una cucharada de aceite vegetal
Carne de res molida, medio kilo
Pimienta al gusto
Una cabezas de ajo
Una cebolla
20 alcaparras
6 ajices dulces
Medio pimiento

āœ“ Salsa casera de tomate:
5 tomates previamente lavados y hervidos, sin piel
200 gramos de tocineta
Dos cucharadas de aceite vegetal
Una cabeza de ajo
Una cebolla
āœ“ Papel aluminio

Para nuestras preparaciĆ³n, comenzamos colocando en un bol amplio la harina y poco a poco agregamos el agua, vamos amasando nuestra harina y le colocamos sal hasta que nos quede una masa bien suave, debe quedar bastante manejable y reservamos esta masa.

Luego en una olla colocamos todos los aliƱos para el guiso, previamente picados y los sofreƭmos en aceite bien caliente, agregamos a este sofrito la carne de res, y mezclamos todo hasta que nuestro relleno se cocine bien.

Ya con nuestro guiso y masa lista comenzamos con el relleno de nuestros bollo, con la mano previamente lavadas hacemos una bolita y abrimos en el centro un espacio para introducir la carne y los rellenamos, los tapamos con masa cerrando el bollo, y envolvemos en papel aluminio

Ya en nuestra cocina debemos tener agua previamente caliente mejor si esta hirviendo, y a esa agua le ponemos nuestros bollos para que se cocinen por un periodo de media hora.

Para nuestra salsa:
āœ“ Hervimos nuestros tomates y le quitamos la piel, en una licuadora colocamos todos los tomates sin piel, procedemos a licuar y reservamos.

āœ“ En una olla sofreĆ­mos una cebolla, la tocineta, el ajo y le agregamos nuestros tomates licuados a ese sofrito, con una cuchara de madera mezclamos y dejamos cocinar hasta que este lista nuestra salsa en su punto.

Ground beef, one pound

6 sweet peppers
Half a bell bell pepper

5 tomatoes previously washed and boiled, without skin.
