Israeli Roasted Cauliflower!

2 medium cauliflowers
Olive oil
Shawarma seasoning
Garlic powder
Tahini

Remove the leaves of the cauliflowers, wash them well.
Boil them in a large pot filled with water for about 4 minutes.
Place them on a baking dish.
Pour a generous amount of olive oil on them, add shawarma seasoning, garlic powder, salt.
Give them a good massage, making sure they are well seasoned.
Bake them uncovered at 425F for about 40 minutes.
Serve it on a platter with cous cous and top it with tahini (optional).
Enjoy!
