My Crispy Macaroni Recipe

When things go wrong, still it could turn into something nice! My first plan was to prepare a chicken-macaroni pasta. I boiled the chicken breast first. While waiting for it to be tender, I boiled a pack of elbow maraconi then I drained it .
I need to make the meat tenderized because I will shred it later. With the pasta drained and the spices prepared, I got my mobile and checked my messages. I was so engrossed that I totally forgot my pending work in the kitchen.

It was only then when I smelt something burning somewhere. I gasped. Oh my! My chicken breast! I ran fast and I already saw my caserole smoking. Well, it looked like a charcoal! My bad.
I decided to put the drained pasta in the oven instead to make it dry for a bit. My plan was to make a macaroni crunch instead.

I prepared 1 clove garlic minced
1 bottle vegetable oil.

I fried the garlic over hot oil followed by the elbow macaroni. Since the pasta was already boiled, the effect was that they tend to pop, hence the little bubbles.

Actually, it tasted good and crunchy. Next time, I will prepare this for special occasions and I will share to them how I discovered this crunchy macaroni recipe!
