Aloo Methi - North Indian Speciality
This is a simple Indian stir fry with potatoes and fresh fenugreek leaves. Frankly potatoes go well with everything when it comes to Indian recipes.
Heat a bit of oil and fry the chopped onions and chilli.
Now mix the chopped tomatoes and stir.
Now add the potatoes and fry it with a pinch of turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and toss it a bit.
Now add the Methi, stir it a bit, close the lid for 5 minutes. And the famous Indian Aloo Methi is ready to be served.
