Chutney Sandwich!

One of South India's most favourite snack is chutney sandwich. I just love this. I normally go to an old mall to eat this because we get really good ones there. But thanks to Covid, I'm still stuck at home.

It's very very easy to prepare. You just need to grind coriander leaves in a grinder with a green chilli and a couple of garlic cloves. Add a little water and grind well and the green chutney is ready.

Now apply the chutney on the bread. You can even add butter on the bread first before adding the chutney. Gives a better taste. Sadly we were out of butter, so couldn't add.

Add some sliced boiled potatoes.

Add a bit of tomato sauce.

And close it.

U can heat it a bit if you want.

I like topping it with bit more chutney and some sauce and then eating it!
