Homemade Pani Puri

Was craving for some pani puri and so dad got me some puri. Immediately boiled couple of potatoes, mashed it with few cut onions and a small cut chilli. I had the chaat masala powder which I used for the chaat water. And also kept some sweet chilli sauce in the side.

You need to take a puri, fill it a bit with the mashed potato and add the sweet chilli sauce. Now dip it fully in the chaat masala water and put the entire thing in your mouth.

It's not as good as the roadside one. But it was yummy.
