Bitter melon leafs | 150 grams |
Eggplant 🍆 | 1 piece |
Frying Shrimp | 150 grams |
Onion | 2 pieces |
Garlic | 1 piece |
Tumaric powder | 1 tablespoons |
Salt | 1 tablespoons |
Bay leaves | 4 tablespoons |
Raw chilli | 6 pieces |
Mustard oil | 5 tablespoons |
Water | 2 Cup |
Process
First of all I collected Biiter melon leafs and eggplant and cut as needed and wash with fresh water this both elements.
I gathered onion garlic and green chilli and chopped onion garlic .I collected 150 grams frying shrimp fish for making this bitter melon curry recipe.
I admixed 2 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and mixed bitter melon leafs and eggplant in pan and mix tumaric powder and salt with bitter melon leafs in pan.
I mixed 2 Cup water in pan.
I mixed frying Shrimp fish and bay leaves with bitter melon leafs in pan.and Boil 15 minutes in pan.
I picked up this curry from pan.
I admixed 3 tablespoons mustard oil in pan and heat it and mixed onion garlic in pan .
After frying onion garlic,i add that bitter melon leafs curry recipe again in pan and boil 7 minutes in pan.
Thus i made healthy nutritious Bitter melon leafs curry recipe with shrimp fish and now it is ready for serve.
