I made healthy lothe spinach fry recipe(Cooking date- 10 April 2021)

500 grams-Lothe spinach
2 spoons -Tumaric
2 spoons- salt
1 piece- onion
1 piece- garlic
5 grams -cumin
25 grams -mustrad oil

Firstly I had chose lothe spinach .I cut lothe spinach properly .

I cut green chilli ,onion and garlic. I washed lothe spinach with water .

When mustrad oil is hot in pan , I provided onion and garlic ,cumin. After frying this three elements ,I admixed lothe spinach .

I fried lothe spinach with slide water 15 minutes . Thus I had made healthy lothe spinach fry recipe.

It is absoutely homemade recipe . Everyone can try this recipe. Lothe spinach is very healthy and nutritive food.
