Baking Time: Banana Bread

How are you guys today ? I hope you are all healthy and happy.

Today I want to share my experience baking banana bread.
This is very simple way and recipe I chose to make banana bread. Banana bread is suitable for enjoying with a cup of tea or coffee in the afternoon.

To make this banana bread we need these ingredients: bananas, flour, one egg, cooking oil, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, a pinch of salt, and cinnamon powder.

So, let's jump to the steps :

1. Mix egg until fluffy.

1. Add sugar and brown sugar, then stir until the sugar dissolves.

1. Then add the baking powder, a pinch of salt, flour and mashed banana.

1. Then put the dough into the pan and bake at 160 C for 30-45 minutes.

1. Now the banana bread is already cooked.

This is what the banana bread looks like. This banana bread is very moist, it's not too sweet.

The texture of the banana is still felt. The combination of the aroma of banana and cinnamon powder adds to the deliciousness of this banana bread. This banana bread can be enjoyed in the morning for breakfast or for afternoon tea.
