My New Partner in the Kitchen

Recently I had jaundice due to which I am on dietary restrictions. I can't have oily and fried food and outside food for at least a month. And even after that, I need to be cautious about what I eat at least for the next 2-3 months.

But for someone like me who sees passion and life in food, it's extremely difficult. Not eating means not cooking and that means I quit on one of my favorite things.

Nope, that's not happening!

So I decided its time I got a new baby to my house. I ordered this from amazon and got it within 2 days.

It's my new air fryer. It enables to cook good food without any oil which is usually a big problem with deep-fried food. Heavy and oily food is anyways considered bad for health and one must not consume it too often. But with this air fryer now, I can make the same food items completely oil-free.

The first thing I tried was Vegetable cutlets.

These were made using fresh vegetables, no added preservatives, some cheese for good taste and basic spices. No oil added. They were delicious.

This air fryer is especially good when you have a little one who loves fries, all of them do actually!

So now I'm going to try my hand at this air fryer and make some nice recipes which otherwise I would not have tried due to the oil that they must have consumed. Keep watching!
