Chicken fry at weekend try : Awesome breakdown

Friday is the weekend in our country and at this weekend I like to prepare some food specially to celebrate the weekend day at home with my family..

This day I have prepared chicken fry. It is very easy to prepare

Procedure : How to prepare it

You have to take a poultry chicken and make some pieces, the size as per your wish.

Then you have to mix masala with it. This mixture is very much important for the taste of the chicken fry that you are preparing.

Because if you cannot make the proper ratio of masala it's taste may be changed and it is the secret key for the special taste of chicken fry to make different types of masala in a proper ratio.

I am not very expert in cooking, that's why I like to use readymade masala that is found on the super shops for chicken fry. Different brands are available in the market that records to mix to only with water.

After mixing the masala on chicken fry, you have to keep it for about 2 to 3 hours, that's why the masala can insert into the chicken and if you don't it do this, it will not be tasty.

After keeping for 2-3 hours, then you have to fry it on flame.

I had bought a chicken fry frame from the market that is a steel case on which the chicken pieces are put on and it is kept over the fire like the picture.

Pieces of chicken fry above the fire have to be altered after a certain period of time continuously so that it don't burn and don't turn into black colour.
