Soya Chaap Gravy "Authentic Indian Cuisine" Simple | Tasty | Quick

Hello Foodies,

Welcome to my blog, today on the menu is a special dish made with truly healthy soyabean chaap sticks. This dish is very healthy, tasty and very easy to make.

Soyabean Chaap sticks are meat to a vegan person. These are so tasty that kids enjoy them very much. These are very high in protein and can be enjoyed with chapati or can be consumed as a snack. Well not taking much time Let me just show you how it is prepared.

Soya Chaap Gravy!

Ingredients:

  • Roughly chopped - Soyabean Chaap 500 Gms.
  • Finely Chopped Onions - 3.
  • Finely chopped Tomatoes - 4.
  • Salt To taste.
  • Red Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp.
  • Turmeric Powder 1 Tbsp.

Firstly Take an open vessel and put finely chopped onions to fry in vegetable oil on medium flame.

Once the onions are fried, add finely chopped tomatoes. Let it simmer.

Once the mix is ready add spices to it.

Add chopped soyabean chaap and also add water.

Now let it cook for 25 minutes on medium flame and this will be ready.

And the delicious Soya Chaap Gravy is ready.
