Buenas noches apreciada comunidad de hive.

En reiteradas oportunidades les he comentado que me apasiona preparar batidos combinando frutas para descubrir nuevos sabores, el día de hoy quise probar la mezcla de frutas con cereal.

Mi actividad creativa de hoy fue un delicioso sirope de coco con maíz.

Es sencillo de preparar y con pocos ingredientes.

Manos al coco!

On several occasions I have told you that I love to prepare smoothies combining fruits to discover new flavors, today I wanted to try mixing fruits with cereal.

My creative activity today was a delicious coconut syrup with corn.

It is simple to prepare and with few ingredients.

PREPARACIÓN
Piqué el coco y lo licué para obtener la leche

PREPARATION
I chopped the coconut and liquefied it to obtain the milk.

Colé el coco

Luego pelé y lavé las mazorcas
Then I peeled and washed the cobs.

Después llevé a la cocina en agua hervida las mazorcas durante 20 minutos aproximadamente

Then I boiled the cobs in water for about 20 minutes in the kitchen.

Mientras el maíz se sancochaba llevé la leche de coco a la cocina , le agregué azúcar y con una paleta de madera constantemente lo batía hasta obtener la consistencia deseada del sirope.

Finalmente desgrano el maíz , le agregó el sirope de coco, además le coloco trozos de coco en cubo y listo! un sirope de coco con maíz, un rico alimento con buen valor nutritivo para compartir en casa con los más pequeños.

Finally, I shelled the corn, added the coconut syrup, added pieces of diced coconut and that's it! A coconut syrup with corn, a tasty food with good nutritional value to share at home with the little ones.
