You know... this made me hungry, and I actually have some chicken noodle soup to eat for dinner! I also like that you used turmeric, as I love the flavor and beneficial antiinflammatory products it possesses. I'm curious; when my better half prepares chicken, she takes each chicken breast and cuts all of the fat and skin off so there's just chicken. Do you do that as well? I know fat gives flavor, but sometimes when I am eating meat, it kind of grosses me out to get that sinew consistency in my mouth lol. This was an awesome post and recipe... I bet everyone loved it!


Ya sabes... esto me ha dado hambre, ¡y eso que tengo sopa de pollo con fideos para cenar! También me gusta que hayas utilizado cúrcuma, ya que me encanta el sabor y los productos beneficiosos antiinflamatorios que posee. Tengo una curiosidad; cuando mi media naranja prepara pollo, coge cada pechuga de pollo y le quita toda la grasa y la piel para que sólo haya pollo. ¿Usted también lo hace? Sé que la grasa da sabor, pero a veces cuando estoy comiendo carne, me da un poco de asco tener esa consistencia de tendones en la boca lol. Este ha sido un post y una receta impresionante... ¡Apuesto a que a todo el mundo le encantó!

Yes, I like to use turmeric, I didn't know it before but my dad taught me how to use it the last time I visited him and indeed it gives a rich flavor to the food. And answering your question I try to remove all the fat since I don't like to cook it with that and then remove it already cooked with my hands although I have read that in some dishes they recommend to leave them so that the chicken is juicy inside but personally I don't like it very much. But what I do do is to cook it separately to remove the oil and give it a better taste to the food. Thank you very much for your comment, I'm very happy that you liked the recipe💜
