ESP/ING Delicioso Espagueti con Salsa Boloñesa ~ Delicious Spaghetti with Bolognese Sauce by @yalilys
Happy night, beautiful community, I hope you are very well I bring you a new recipe as usual, it is a delicious plate of spaghetti (pasta) with Bolognese sauce, I hope you like it and enjoy it as much as my family and I did it, now with nothing more to say, let's go to the recipe.
Ingredientes:
370 kg de carne molida
400 kg de espagueti (pasta) larga
1/2 cebolla picada en cuadritos
6 dientes de ajo
1 tallo de celeri
Salsa de Ajo
Salsa de Soya
Salsa Inglesa
Pasta de tomate
Pimienta
Adobo
Orégano
Ingredients:
370 kg of ground beef
400 kg long spaghetti
1/2 onion, diced
6 cloves of garlic
1 stalk of celery
Garlic sauce
Soy sauce
English sauce
Tomato paste
Pepper
Dressing

Preparación de la pasta o espaguetis:
Se coloca una olla con litro y medio de agua al fuego hasta hervir para colocarle la sal al gusto . Luego echamos la pasta y movemos para evitar que se pegue. La movemos constantemente hasta dejar cocinar que quede al dente. Luego la colamos en un colador de pasta.
Preparation of pasta or spaghetti:
A pot with a liter and a half of water is placed on the fire until it boils to add salt to taste. Then we add the pasta and move to prevent it from sticking. We move it constantly until we cook it al dente. Then we strain it into a pasta strainer.
Preparación de la carne molida:
Colocamos una olla al fuego hasta que se caliente y agregamos un chorrito de aceite e incorporamos la cebolla, el ajo y el tallo de celeri picadito, dejamos rehogar hasta que la cebolla se cristalice y colocamos la carne movemos hasta que se unan los ingredientes. Posteriormente agregamos orégano, las salsas, pimienta y adobo al gusto, pasta de tomate una cucharada. Por último echamos medio vaso de caldo de carne o de agua, movemos, tapamos y dejamos hervir hasta que reduzca el caldo probamos para corregir el sabor de la sal.
