[ESP-ING] Papas al Horno en Microondas 🥔 || Microwave Potatoes 🥔

Un saludo Creativos!!

Hoy no sabia que cocinar y tenía ganas de comer papas, más que todo frutas pero como he tenido el colesterol un poco elevado, preferi hacerlas al horno pero en microondas para ahorrar el gas, primera vez que las hago en micro les puedo decir que aunque la textura no es igual, si quedan muy ricas.

Today I didn't know what to cook and I felt like eating potatoes, mostly fruit, but since I had a little high cholesterol, I preferred to make them in the oven but in the microwave to save gas. The first time I made them in the microwave I can tell you that although the texture is not the same, they are very tasty.

Ingredientes:

  • Papas
  • sal
  • orégano y pimienta molida
  • Aceite de oliva

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
  • salt
  • oregano and ground pepper
  • Olive oil

Lo primero que hago es pelar la papa y cortarla por la mitad, hay quienes lavan bien la papa y solo la cortan por la mitad, luego con un cuchillo hacemos incisiones a la papa, como se muestra en la imagen.

The first thing I do is peel the potato and cut it in half, some people wash the potato well and only cut it in half, then with a knife we make incisions to the potato, as shown in the image.

Ahora vamos a rociar un toque de sal, orégano molido y pimienta molida, y le agregamos un chorrito de aceite de oliva. Metemos al microondas por 13 minutos, pueden ir viendo si necesita más tiempo pueden colocarle, ya que dependen del microondas.
Now we are going to sprinkle a touch of salt, ground oregano and ground pepper, and add a splash of olive oil. We put it in the microwave for 13 minutes, you can see if you need more time you can put it in, since they depend on the microwave.

Retiramos del microondas y listo a saborear unas ricas papas al horno 🥔🥔.

Nunca he intentado cocinar como tal en horno microondas, pero por lo visto las papas quedan crocantes. Gracias por mostrarnos esta opción. :)
