ColorChallenge – Friday Sky blue - Sphynx from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

Hello,

Here is the photo I want to share today for this contest.

Not quite the same feeling as seeing the one in Egypt, but the Las Vegas Sphinx, in front of the Luxor hotel is pretty cool to see.

Also, it is in way better shape than the original.

Too bad you didnt take a photo of the Luxor at night. They installed these cool led lights all along the sides.

oh, it must be cool with the led. Probably installed after my visit since I don't recall them. I have to go back :)

They have been installed since the end of last year... What is also neat is all the bats that flies around the main capstone light on top. I do kinda wish they didnt dim the top light as I remember how cool it looked in the 90s when it first opened.

I've been there only once a few years ago, so I have to go back to see it. I don't recall the bats, must be so cool.
