ColorChallenge: Pink or Purple Sunday

When it comes to pink or purple, I instinctively think of a flower. And this has its psychological and etymological explanations.

First, on an unconscious level, I obviously knew that the word pink comes from the name of certain flowers. And second, the word pink in my native language comes from, or is similar to, the word rose.

So, you might agree that it's perfectly normal for images of flowers to appear in my head when Pink and Purple Sunday comes.

But there are not only pictures of roses:

or cherry blossoms, which is the other natural association:

But also many other wonderful,

known and unknown plants,

because it is so natural for flowers, these most beautiful creatures of nature to be painted in this most feminine gorgeous colors.
