THE REMOTE ONLINE, MODE IS NOT TO REPLACE THE PRESENTIAL TEACHING BUT TO KEEP THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS

Dear teachers colleagues and friends the present time is not one of the easiest that we are living in our educational field, it is not for students or for parents and representatives, neither is it for us. We are currently starting a learning experience that is not the one we all want, no, we are applying tools that have emerged as an essential emergency in this life process where we all have to contribute and seek alternative solutions to maintain the teaching process learning from our boys.

I want to induce this theme with the motivating words quoted by the Italian pedagogue Maria Montessori who contributed an immense legacy in the educational field which I quote below:

"The child, guided by an inner teacher, works tirelessly with joy to build man. We educators can only help ... In this way we will bear witness to the birth of the new man."

"The essence of Montessori education is to help the child in her development and help her adapt to any condition that the present requires."

The present requires that we help each other specifically the child who needs beyond adversity to develop and adapt to this process that life has presented to us.

As a teacher, we know that every learning experience generally goes through three phases: beginning, development, and closing, in which not only the students are involved, but also the teachers and parents, therefore, the student's learning begins in this process in a way. articulated where everyone participates in one way or another but we must be clear that teaching learning primarily has students as protagonists who need the real and effective support of their main guides such as: parents, teachers, tutors, advisors ... within an interaction of closeness affection trust patience resilience and empathy.

In this way, the experience of learning with any modality needs an accompaniment that supports the discovery of knowing how to create and develop skills and abilities in students so that they can gain strength and streamline their thoughts in a significant way.

It must be assumed that many parent representatives and teachers still feel intimidated and insecure by this learning experience that we are applying, but it must be made clear that digital media and the internet, although they are necessary means of information and research communication and are constantly used by all accessory resources that cannot replace educators because for many applications or knowledge that a digital program has it does not have the ability to touch the hearts of students as a teacher does, and this is really priceless.

The teacher leaves a mark on the hearts of his students and nothing and no one can replace him

In this vein, it is important to say that the distance, online mode is not to replace face-to-face teaching but rather to maintain the teaching-learning process as a fundamental human right while the health emergency lasts.

It is important to clarify this situation because there is a lot of misinformation in the various countries that today are using this route as the only option to continue the learning process of students outside the school environment.

Specifically in our country, Venezuela, where the limitations are more extensive due to the crisis we are going through, but even so, there are teachers willing to do everything for our students and to put distance education into practice while waiting for normality which we hope with hope

At this time, and in this way, we can guarantee the normal process of permanent and flexible learning with adaptable content that reaches all children in their home, including those without internet access.
