Soondae : Trying my first time (Eng/Myan)

Good afternoon hivers. There's a lot of food we haven't enjoyed in the world. As you know, the Korean food and cuisine are very popular in Asia and most of everywhere. I hoped you have heard of Jajangmyeon ( black bean sauce noodle) and Jjamppong ( Korean seafood noodle). I had heard of it in movies since my childhood. I always wanted to try Korean food.

Yesterday, I tried a new food,Soondae, for the first time.I've heard of that soondae is made by pork blood, glutinous rice, cellophane noodles and some more ingredients. It looks like normal sausage we always ate but it has different taste. I don't want to say I don't like it. Cause this is my first time trying and I'm gonna try to find another shop where it is available. The restaurant I bought have two kinds of soondae, made by pork blood and another is by kimchi. Next time, I'm gonna try kimchi soondae.

အားလုံးပဲ မင်္ဂလာပါရှင့်။အားလုံး သိကြတဲ့အတိုင်း ကိုးရီးယားအစားအစာ နဲ့ ဟင်းချက်နည်းတွေဟာ တော်တော်လေးကို နာမည်ကြီး လူကြိုက်များလှပါတယ်။ အာရှ မှာသာမက ဥရောပ နိုင်ငံတွေထိပါ နာမည်ကြီးပါတယ်။ ကိုးရီးယားပဲခေါက်ဆွဲ၊ ပင်လယ်စာခေါက်ဆွဲ စတဲ့ခေါက်ဆွဲတွေဟာ လူကြိုက်များပါတယ်။ ငယ်ငယ် ကလေးဘဝ ကတည်းက တီဗီ ကနေကြည့်ပြီး စမ်းစားကြည့်ချင်ခဲ့ရပါတယ်။

မနေ့ကတော့ Soondae လို့ခေါ်တဲ့ ကိုးရီးယားဝက်အူချောင်းကို ဝယ်စားဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ သူ့ပုံစံကတော့ စားနေကျ ဝက်အူချောင်း၊ကြက်အူချောင်းနဲ့ ဆင်ပါတယ်။ မတူတာကတော့ အရသာပါ။ စားနေကျလို ချိုချိုလေး မဟုတ်တာပါ။

ကျွန်မအတွက်တော့ အရသာ အနည်းငယ်ပေါ့ပါတယ်။ Soondae ကို ဝက်သွေး၊ကောက်ညှင်းဆန်၊ပဲကြာဇံ အစရှိတဲ့ ပါဝင်ပစ္စည်းတွေနဲ့ပြုလုပ်ထားတယ်လို့ ဖတ်ရပါတယ်။ ပထမအကြိမ် စမ်းစားကြည့်တာဖြစ်တဲ့အတွက် သိပ်အကြိုက်ကြီးရယ်လို့တော့ မဖြစ်မိဘူးရှင့်။

သူက ဝက်သွေးနဲ့လုပ်ထားရယ် ကင်ချီနဲ့ရယ် ဆိုပြီး နှစ်မျိူး ရှိပါတယ်။ နောက်ခါတော့ ကင်ချီနဲ့လုပ်ထားတာကို စမ်းစားကြည့်ပါမယ်။ စားဖြစ်တဲ့အချိန်ကျရင်လည်း အရသာကောင်းမကောင်း အစပ်အဟပ် တည့်မတည့် ပြန်ပြီး review ရေးပါဦးမယ်ရှင့်။
