The Need To See Boundaries & Limitations When We're On The Brink Of Losing It All.

Sometimes confronting the root of one's problems can be challenging especially when one tries to soak up all the pressure, take it in and continue with their lives. In life sometimes we hardly accept and admit that we need a break, we keep on hitting and hitting telling ourselves that we can only rest, retire or charge our depleting strength the moment we have achieved our aims but in the process we tend to lose ourselves to the malady of participating in life's rat race because no one relishes what it means to be a failure and as a result of this we don't know how to stop, take a step backward and begin to retrace our steps again and again. The truth is that life's not a race, but we're designed and built to be somehow competitive

This is basically the reason why we live life like a race rather than the adventure it's suppose to be. In reality we feel endless pain from competing, there are times our bodies begins to show us signs of fatigue and our mind too begins to show signs of depletion but then we feel we have extra calories and extra hope to burn and the fact that we keep pushing means we don't respect boundaries we don't adhere to limitations that are necessary to keep us going, thriving and even moving on. But then it gets to a certain stage where we breakdown, we can no longer handle the hassles and it feels like we're breaking apart and this is the moment where we suddenly become aware.

Truth is, we become aware when we no longer have the luxury of pretending to be unaware there are times we're breaking down and we just keep going instead of taking the right measures but honestly we want to keep patching ourselves reminding ourselves that we can take more than we think we can. That's basically true; we're designed to withstand even more than we know but this shouldn't be a prerequisite to ignoring or listening to the warnings given to us by our self. Our essence and the things that makes us our component. Sometimes we're fighting inner wars and people all around us don't know this, sometimes life expects us to come round and round again show up everyday even when we're not up to it.

This is the problem with fighting inner wars it's the pain that comes with having to ostracize our weaknesses so it wouldn't be really evident that we're feeling pain. But then pain should not be an emotion that we're always hiding sometimes expressing it might show weakness but then this is only to people who doesn't understand what it means to ignore pain just to always wake up and be a source of inspiration to someone. In life sometimes we're laden with too much responsibility it gets to a time we become too flaccid, we lose our elasticity and it feels normal to always be under pressure and always in pain. Why is this? This is because our mind and bodies are tantamount to be suggestive and being used to pain isn't good because it changes our orientation of the freedom that comes with not having to be in pain.

Needless to say, no one is born to be in pain sometimes we just get into it because life deems it for us. Of a truth a person that bottles in so much might just be a walking time bomb and sometimes it's always a disaster. There are many times where we face disappointments, failure, pain and indifference and we just let's it guide us, decides us. We just feel the need to vent, go back to the drawing board and just start all over but then we tend to overestimate our abilities to take in more. We're stronger than we are but we're not the strongest things we know sometimes it's necessary to respect our boundaries, vent if we need to, scream if we want to or even talk to someone if we deem it necessary as well. There's no shame in being culpable

I strongly disagree with you on most of what you said here. Maybe it's your opinion or your way of living at the moment but not everyone's.
You generalise although you only know a few people who do what you've described here, as I bet you haven't done a poll about this. Generalising is never good.

This is basically the reason why we live life like a race rather than the adventure it's suppose to be

I don't live live like a race. It's my life, the only one I have. There are people who know what balance means and organise their life in the right way, the only way you can live a healthy life.

It's a post, freewrite, I get that, but strongly disagree. Just my two cents. Have a nice weekend.

Well thanks for your points, truth is, life's a rat race and even when you feel you live it at your pace, the attitudes and norms and lifestyle and penchant of what we see in the society suggests so. If you look around most people want to make money quick, have a nice beach life and as a result of this you see greed, theft and wars which results in the impatience of people. Had it been everyone is patient and satisfied, you wouldn't see this in the world. Infact when you look deep inside of you, there's greed only if you would admit it.
Most times we try to downplay our nature because we feel we've gotten better we feel we can suppress it, but then life brings some circumstances that brings out the real beasts inside of us.
I'm not generalising but then most of what we say we aren't is what we're fighting not to be anymore.

We agree to disagree on this. I don't know what you're basing you opinion on, don't know where you live or how many countries you have been to so far but you sure have a very bad opinion on this.

As I've said, it is your opinion, I respect that but disagree.

It's not an opinion it's the study of human nature, the world is not as perfect as you think, neither is it black or white, there's rot and reek and ignoring or saying it isn't true doesn't make it so. It's not about country. Most humans have a tendency despite different or colour or culture.
This post aimed at addressing how we weigh in pain and how it tends to affects our lives in general. How culpable, how strong, subceptible and even vulnerable. The human life isn't perfect and it's only when you've seen the depth that you can understand what I've written here.

Very well said brother. Rat race never ends. So if we think that just after reaching to our goal we shall take rest it will not be possible for anyone in his life because the rat race will continue. Nowadays I am thinking in that way and I'm taking Taking bit relax time and passing time more with family members by Casting aside some time from my goal achieving tasks. Thank you very much for sharing this motivational block. I personally find it very useful to me

Yeah, taking time to express ourselves without accumulating too much pressure or soaking in too much, more than we can handle is essential. Thanks for the comment I'm glad you could relate

Greetings friend, excellent article that leads us to reflection, it is loaded with many truths, I believe one of the things that influence some of us to be more competitive is education, in our educational systems we are taught to compete to be good employees, but rarely are we taught about finance to develop financial intelligence.

I have noticed that nowadays people are inclined to undertake what they know because they enjoy it and are passionate about it. There are many aspects that caught my attention in your publication but I found the topic of competition interesting.

See you later friend, great work I have a good weekend 🤝
