Hello!!!people I just got to see this trending topic titled stress busting on eco Train and I would like to share my tips on how to overcome it, these would also be my first post on the community.

What does stress means? To me it is a reaction that occurs to everyone and it is either positive or negative, it is a general reaction that everybody most go through either by studying or working. As a student I realized that we get stressed out due to the multiple activities that we are expected to do in school like assignment, studying ,practicals, projects and just because we want to achieve our purpose, we have less time for ourselves which as affected many people mentally, emotional , physically. Due to my experience on stress, I discovered many people don't schedule their daily activities that why get stress out

Here I would be going you tip on how to overcome stress

  1. HAVING TIME TO CHILL: No matter how busy you can be in a day, always learn to chill out, when you notice it getting hard to focus due to stress while doing your daily tasks, take a break, relax for couple of minutes, these would help settle your mind and brain to be able to solve issue, tasks and enable you to work ahead.

  2. LISTENING TO MUSIC: Do you know listening to music has a strong effect on us,it helps alleviate anxiety and depression especially when we can talking stress,it changes your mood totally depending on this music you listen too,either faster or slow. I realized I get stressed out easily when doing my daily schedule and the next thing I do, is to insert my ear pod into my ear and listen to music,doing that helps activate me and boost my mind set too

3 GET SOME REST OR NAP: This is very common that many people don't get enough rest during working hours or don't sleep enough after having a long day at work or school and these might affect you mentally and physically, having enough rest helps to relax stress from the body and it also prevent your body from breaking down or feeling dizzy
