I do these three things when am exhausted.

It's week 178th of ladies of Hive contest and i welcome you all to my blogg. The truth is that most ladies or all the ladies are capable of doing more than one work at once and, that prompted me to answer the following 👇

We women are known for carrying out several activities at the same time. Somehow we always balance our schedules to accomplish them all, even though sometimes that brings us excessive fatigue. My question is: what do you do when you feel exhausted? How do you regulate your physical, mental and emotional state to be yourself again?

When it comes for doing several activities at the same time, am not exempted. Sometimes i will see myself cooking and washing dishes. Sweeping and at the same time cooking. So, it's part of our activities on daily basis as women. I will be preparing my child for school and at the same time preparing her breakfast and lunch at school. All these activities can easily cause excessive fatigue. Now, what do i do when am exhausted?

  • Answer:

When i feel exhausted due to carrying many activities at the same time, i will rest. Yeah i will definitely give myself enough time to rest. I make sure i eat well too. Apart from that, i have a coffee that is meant for stress free. Good for my physical and emotional state. Once i take it, i regain myself again.

It simply means that i have three ways to regain myself when am stressed out or when i feel exhausted.

  • Having enough quality rest

  • Eating well

  • Taking my anti stress coffee also known as energy coffee.

When all is done, i will definitely become strong again. For example, I jus finished having 3 hours rest now because am really exhausted. As i speak, am very strong now even when i haven't taken coffee yet. Sometimes, i feel myself back after rest or sleeping.

Resting is very important no matter what we do, we must have time to rest.

I can't do multitasking because of my ADHD problem. I get lost when I feel exhausted and pressured so I always take a break when needed. You are balancing your daily routine nicely... Great message for the readers, thanks for sharing.
