Hay algunas cosas que no me gustan del viento, como por ejemplo que es el motivo por el cual debemos barrer mi casa varias veces al día porque hace mucho viento y la tierra se mete en la casa con mucha facilidad, pero el que mi ciudad sea un lugar donde hace muchos vientos me gusta puesto que mi clima es semiárido seco pero con vientos, de vez en cuando en los meses de julio y agosto sobre todo sucede un fenómeno natural que aquí en la época de la colonia fue asociado a algo sobrenatural, incluso dio origen a una leyenda, esto se trata de la aparición esporádica de torbellinos de tierra o polvo que pueden incluso ser tan fuertes como para levantar los techos de alguna casa que no esté lo suficientemente sujeto. En aquel tiempo la gente comenzó a decir que cuando esos remolinos de viento se hacían presentes en mi pueblo era porque el diablo andaba suelto.
