For this week @LadiesofHive I proposed two questions for the Contest - Ladies of Hive Community Contest #131 It has been so overwhelming to read the responses. So many varied responses and one thing that came out commonly in majority of the responses is that our happiness in life is in such little and simple things. We create beautiful memories with our family and friends, all of it is so precious. For majority of the women the most important moments of their lives have been their motherhood and times spent with families and not any other big achievements that they had in the corporate world.

While I am excluding myself from the contest, I will still like to answer these questions, as I strongly feel connected with these questions

1️⃣ The Beautiful Women that you are — Show your pictures where you think you have been at your best. This is not only about clothing but also about what you are doing in your life. You have been engaged in some activity and you may have felt the best in that point of time. Share 3 pictures and if it is a group picture, please do highlight, which one is you.

2️⃣ Your "ME time" is very important and for us women especially who are homemakers. We tend to get so involved in the day-to-day affairs of the home, that we forget that we need self-care and attention as well and time for ourselves. Do you have a "ME time?" How do you spend that "ME time?" Share your "ME time," whether it is engaging yourself in a hobby, or an activity which brings pleasure to you and calms your mind and brings happiness to you.

There are so many memories that we create in our lives and it is so difficult to pick out just 3 of them, but then there are always some very very special moments in our lives. I will share those beautiful moments of my life, which have majorly revolved around my family and the important things of my life.

I am going to make a collage of 3 different important parts of my life and you will understand what they mean to me.

This one is about me and my married life which holds top most priority in my life. The first picture is of my marriage day, 27 years ago. We took wows to be with each other till the end of our lives in good and bad times. The second picture is of we both going through the most challenging time of our life. It was dealing with my husband's critical health condition of Myasthenia and where Doctors gave me very little hope, but I did not give up. A long battle of 8 months in hospital and so many emotional moments which can never get out of my head ever. We stayed with each other and cruised it through. And then we celebrated our 25 years of anniversary which at one point of time looked very bleak to me. Again, it was the most emotional moment of my life.

The next most important part of my life is my Son, without whom life is as very much incomplete as it would be without my husband. I am at my best with both of them around me

The first picture is of the time when we had brought him home from the hospital after I delivered. The first time he stepped in to our home to bring love and joy into our lives. The second one is on his 18th birthday, where like a little baby he hugged me and cried saying how I was important to him in his life and kept saying I love you. The third one is a random click a friend of mine clicked capturing one of our bonding times. He is a grown-up boy, but he likes all my pampering and keeps doing these things all the time and I adore him for that.

The third collage defines me. It also speaks about my ME time. This is what I enjoy doing the most in my life. After my family these are the things that matter to me the most. I can be in this for hours and thankfully life gives me that time to spend in these moments.

The first one is Me doing my favorite thing, which is Writing. I do enjoy writing all the times and specifically
handwriting sometimes and I have hand written diaries collected from my childhood times. The second one is Meditation, daily I do meditate at home but whenever I get an opportunity to do it in nature, I do not miss it. The third is Gardening, it brings a lot of peace to my mind. it is also a form of meditation for me. The fourth one is spending time with my Crystals. Besides working on healing with them, I enjoy making Crystal Mandalas with setting some intentions and manifesting through them.

This is what defines me and completes me. Thank you for reading.
