Today with this cake I celebrate the life of someone very special to me! This has been a very crazy year, but today I am grateful that I have again the opportunity to celebrate the life of @melinda010100 today is her birthday and I made her a beautiful yellow cake. Well, this is her favorite color. And I think this cake was very beautiful.

Today for the third year in a row I made a cake to celebrate your birthday dear Melinda. The first year I made a cake in a light orange shade and some flowers. Last year I wanted to make a cake with yellow roses but I couldn't find and buy pink ones and this year I was able to make a yellow cake and the best of all is that I could make the roses with my hands and they adorn this beautiful cake.

Take some facebook photos to make this collage of my dear friend. I think I did something very well in my life to have her as a friend. My greatest wish is that you have good health and that you are always surrounded by the people who love you the most!

I'm jealous! I made myself a cake. One that I had not made in many years called Hummingbird Cake with bananas, pineapple, coconut raisins and nuts. It's a heavy dense cake with cream cheese frosting. I sent half of it home with Alli and still had plenty to put some pieces in the freezer to enjoy next time I get hungry for cake!
