Luego de aquella pequeña discusión de las ideas que puedan hacer la basa, todo seguían molesto y la tensión se mantenía allí, además cada vez que se reunían en el estudio, Tomás y Michelle se miraban constantemente, donde no discutían, pero esa mirada era como si estuvieran molesto. Por otro lado, Lucas intentaba darle un poco de tranquilidad al espacio y se concentraba en las canciones, aunque sabía perfectamente que algo no estaba bien dentro de la banda.

Una tarde, en el estudio mientras revisaban algunas ideas para la presentación del festival, Tomás se acercó a la mesa y comentó —He estado trabajando en algo, donde mostró varias hojas con anotaciones, estructuras de canciones y nuevas propuestas para el sonido de la banda— nadie decía nada, simplemente veían las hojas, sin embargo, Michelle fue la primera en hablar y dijo —¿Y quién decidió eso?— Tomás nada comentó que era una propuesta, donde Lucas le estaba gustando todo lo que Tomás preparó y allí el problema creció.

Meanwhile, Lucas tried to keep the atmosphere calm and focused on the songs, even though he knew full well that something was wrong within the band.

One afternoon in the studio, while they were reviewing ideas for the festival performance, Tomás approached the table and said, "I've been working on something," showing them several sheets of paper filled with notes, song structures, and new proposals for the band's sound. No one said a word; they simply looked at the papers. Finally, Michelle spoke up: "And who decided that?" Tomás explained that it was just a proposal—but Lucas liked everything Tomás had prepared, and that was when the conflict escalated.

El gerente contestó y escuchó lo que tenían que decirle y de inmediato le comento a la Banda —Tenemos un problema y es que acaban de confirmar nuestra participación en Madrid— todos se sorprendieron, sin embargo, era mucho más grande de lo que ellos pensaban, ya que la presentación en Madrid ya no será solamente un concierto más, si no ahora la organización quiere que ustedes sean uno de los actos principales de la noche.

Lucas quedó sin palabras, Tomás se quedó completamente quieto, donde el gerente continuó —Y hay algo más, estarán presentes varios productores internacionales y eso les puedes servir mucho en su carrera— nada decía nada, solo había emoción y Michelle añadió —Entonces tenemos todavía más razones para no cambiar nuestra música solamente por impresionar a alguien— esa discusión acababa de cambiar por completo, puesto que ya no se trataba solamente de elegir una canción, si no trataba de decidir qué clase de banda querían ser y mientras pasaba eso en Madrid había un escenario que los esperaba.

Tomás stood up and said loudly, "Because someone has to think about what comes next—do you think the rest of us don't think about the future?" Michelle didn't back down and also raised her voice. Meanwhile, the manager picked up the papers to review them, glancing at the two of them with concern—a bad sign. Michelle continued, "You want to turn the band into something completely different." Tomás fell silent.

Lucas simply watched his bandmates; just then, the manager's phone rang, taking everyone by surprise. The manager answered, listened to the message, and immediately told the band, "We have a situation: our participation in Madrid has just been confirmed." Everyone was surprised, but the news was even bigger than they had imagined; the Madrid show would no longer be just another concert—the organizers now wanted them to be one of the night's headline acts.

Lucas was left speechless, and Tomás stood frozen as the manager continued, "And there's more: several international producers will be there, which could be a huge boost for your careers." No one said a word; there was only a sense of excitement. Michelle added, "Then we have even more reason not to change our music just to impress someone." The nature of the argument had shifted completely; it was no longer just about choosing a song, but about deciding what kind of band they wanted to be—all while a stage in Madrid awaited them.
