SHOPPING IN THE RAIN
The following photographs were taken last autumn, on a very unremarkable day, one of those gray, sleepy days that just can't stand alone in the memory, they can only be remembered as an indistinguishable fragment of the amalgamated variations of boredom accumulated through the colder part of the year.
The place is a shopping mall, one of the many same looking little shopping towns with a little parking lot square in the middle.
I brought some friends to the city with my car, so while they were buying their stuff I was doing a bit of spying and exploring with my camera.
Another shopping mall, the exact (or almost) copy of the one I was standing in was being built across the street. I was there at lunchtime, so I could take this paparazzi shot of workers during their midday break.
I like to photograph work in progress, all that relatively chaotic stuff and various textures and materials lying around.
When the people resumed the work, I followed the action with my camera ...
... for a few minutes or so.
Then I entered the garage.
A perfect family greeted me there. Happy shiny people smiling in the dark. It was an enlightening presence, due mostly to the presence of the neon lamp above the stock photography bunch. Maybe I just imagining it, but I have the vague sensation that their pearly teeth have a healing effect on my rotting molar as I look at this old picture. Ah, the hidden power of marketing communication.
A car passed by ...
... and I don't know what happened next. This is the last shot. Maybe I even somehow died that day and this is just an eternal afterlife dream :D some kind of natural matrix floating in some ethereal, parallel dimension, this year surely looks strange enough to be something like that - THE END.
As always in these ramblings on HIVE, the photographs are my work.

This place looked so different from the seaside town!! Things looked quite weird as if they were all fake and just put there to make you believe that it’s reality! Very strange place!
Thank you :)
