A lot of us struggle at times in the path of bettering ourselves & achieving our desired goals...while this is a natural thing (& usually short-lived), it can be a pretty deep rabbit hole to get out of...

Then, an amazing chat with my bestie really got to me think of how we can truly get ourselves of that limiting mindset & make it a little easier to continue on the right path...

I usually set stupidly ridiculous low goals so I don't beat myself up - like, 'getting out of bed' for the day - that's 'almost' always achievable ;)

followed by 'have coffee' - once I meet those goals for the day I usually have it made.

Actually, that is a GREAT way to do it. It's the equivalent of making your bed. It is suggested by "experts" to do this every morning & you will feel a sense of accomplishment every day...sounds silly, but it really isn't.

Amazingly enough, I have the same goals as you... he he. Once my feet are on the ground & I had coffee, this pixie dust can handle anything! 😂 ☕️

I do agree with you. If you start changing your inner reality you will start seeing a change in your outer reality. It's amazing how you (sometimes even unconsciously) start acting out physically the thoughts which are dominant in your mind.

But as you say, start by taking one small step at a time without comparing yourself to others. Just be your own unique self!

Yes! It truly does start from within. As you said, we may not always be consciously aware we are enforcing habits out of our primary thoughts (which may not always be good for us). I think that's why it's really important to be more mindful of what we are telling ourselves & listening to our bodies as well... it's all connected. The sooner we understand how valuable we all are individually (and collectively), the sooner the magic starts to happen....we are capable of so many amazing things!

One small step leads to another step and then to another, which creates the snowball effect of your own path to authenticity & success... we just have to take that first step! ;)

I have to agree that @jacoalberts post was on-spot! I liked it very much and made me think about certain things and people in my life...

And regarding your video... Well, you have described me... lol... I can advise others what to do, maybe inspire someone, but the hardest part is to implement those things on myself... Maybe I do that to a certain level, but definitely, there is a lot more work to do...

I have done to myself bad things in the past 10-15 days, and my body reacted to that...It's always like that... action-reaction... If we don't know what is best for us, well, our body will tell us... We just have to listen... and that's not the easiest thing...

Wow, forgive my late response in this, but YES I agree...I can be this way as well. It is so much easier being able to help others because you KNOW what to do & what is healthiest for you, but implementing is much harder as we set limiting beliefs on ourselves or just feel we can do them "later." I am working on this within myself & sometimes it's a trial & error thing to see what works & what doesn't. But as long as we don't give up on ourselves, we will succeed...

You have noticed a difference with your body since you did shift some of your mindset. So, I think you're on the way to making things work better for you. Point blank, sometimes it just takes time. (Being impatient as I can be, sometimes I don't like this answer, but it is true lol.)

I am sorry to hear that. That is sometimes when you have to decide to take back your own power if people don't have your best interests at heart. That is why I set boundaries & it really helps. People who care about you truly will understand in the long run. 💚

Good morning yep and I was just let them be them and I'll be myself and we'll be all be fine love you don't hurt each other and that's important so the truth I rather give and then receive which I did when I sold it because I gave away things they had a value that would work almost more than how what I pay for rent but I'm happy about that the New owner could use those and we are friends
