The world going digital in almost every aspect of life is simply inevitable. For some it is going to be a loss while those that are welcome to change it will be a win.

The metals and minerals subsidiary of Mitsubishi has launched a blockchain platform to digitize metal trades

Going blockchain with supply chain will definitely facilitate transactions, making it quicker, and able to prevent fraud. Documents signed and agreed upon can't suddenly vanish or altered.
The use of blockchain in supply chain is only going to increase going into the future.

Mitsubishi Group has been proactive in the blockchain space. Cointelegraph recently reported that Mitsubishi’s financial subsidiary Mitsubishi UFJ Group, or MUFG, was collaborating with LayerX to promote digitization for companies and government agencies. It was also reported last month that the financial giant is planning to launch its own stablecoin.

Another Stablecoin on the horizon, it appears we are going to be seeing lots of stablecoins pegged to national fiats emerge, a move that can also help speed of transactions digitally.

No doubt blockchain technology is where we are heading long term.

Cheers

And they are still stuck to the idea of using blockchain and not Bitcoin or cryptocurrency, we will see how long that will last.

We are watching, for once it is nice to see they are losing grip on the power of monopoly.
