Desirous To Slow Down

I went off to work this morning in a hurry and forgot to water the plants on my porch.
When I got back to my cabin late this afternoon all my potted plants were wilted and very sad looking.
😔

The only exception was the Stringy Stonecrop sedum I have growing in wonderful cheery snail container.

I'm hoping to slow down soon in my work schedule and spend more time home at my cabin tending and enjoy some quality Summer days before I'm shoveling snow again.

I gave all my plants a real good nice drink of water this evening.

And I'm hoping the rest of my plants will forgive me for neglecting them and will be bright, beautiful and cheery again in the morning.

You reminded me that I never went out and watered my plants today! I've been so used to not having any all summer, that I need to get back into a routine now to water the ones on the deck. Those hanging baskets dry out so fast.
Love that cute little planter! He looks good with glasses!
