Picture A Day : The wonderful sculpture of the Earth

I think the big round ball is referring to the earth and hands are indicating to saving it. However, I haven't read anything there. But I am sure it is giving some messages to the world. I found this wonderful sculpture near a metro station. You can see the flyover, on which metro trains run, passing over the road. For the time being, the metro train services are halted due to corona virus infection. It is not yet decided when the service will be started again.

India is a big country and around 1.3 billion people live here. A large population of the city used to travel through metro train. That's why the metro train services are still not started.
