After the Rain | Beauty of my Balcony Garden!
Rain means a pure source of joy to me. My heart starts to dance seeing raining drops. The weather was nearly 100°F for a few days. You can guess, why the rain feels like a blessing to us.
Not just today, it was actually raining randomly for a few days. But not too much. Today, it was heavy and it washes away all the dirt from nature. Now my balcony garden looks refreshing and vibrant!
Let me share the joy with you...
This is the queen of my garden. Periwinkle; this color is not very common, the plant growing really fast and blooming hundreds of flowers. I'm so happy I have it.
This is a portion of my balcony, full of green and some wonderful flowers to enhance our happiness.
My crown of thorns plant is flowering for a few days, it looks so wonderful; especially after the rain.
I can't get over the beauty of this portulaca. The color is so soft but it looks so nice.

There's another portulaca plant with a deep red/orange color.
You see, why I feel so amazed by my balcony garden. Just look beyond the flowers and you will get to see so many highrises. This city is full of concrete structures like this. It doesn't seem like we have any breathing space left. That's why I'm trying my best to enhance some green around us so we can feel fresh and positive.
Today, I have brought some new plants. I didn't pot them yet. I will share with you some other day the details of the plants and the potting process.

I love how you have enhanced your space! No matter how big or small I love we can all do a little something to make our space more green. I love Periwinkles and I have some too! I also have some portulaca hanging in a pot outside and the colors are just delightful. I hope I catch your post when you put part 2 in end the new pots!
