Purslane is a plant that many see it as a moment that only grows in winter because of the rain but in reality it is not so this plant should be planted as an ornamental plant because in any occasion it can help us.

Purslane is a plant that many see as a bush that only grows in winter because of the rain but in reality it is not so this plant should be planted as an ornamental plant because in any occasion it can help us.

Before I did not like plants but when I moved with my family to another house I learned that plants are part of us in nature and is what makes a home, landscape or the planet look more beautiful they are the ones that make the landscapes look more spectacular and not only are part of our life fauna ect if they are not good for any disease, food ect now I am a person who every year I sow in my house any type of plant either food or medicinal use.

La verdolaga es una planta que muchos la ven como un monte que solo crece en invierno por la lluvia pero en realidad no es asi esta planta se debería de tener sembrada como una planta ornamental ya que en cualquier ocasión nos silve de ayuda.

A mi antes no me gustaban las planta pero cuando me mude con mi familia a otra casa aprendí qué las planta forman parte de nosotros de la naturaleza y es la que hace que un hogar, paisaje o el planeta se vea mas hermoso ellas son las que hacen que los paisajes se vean mas espectaculares y no solo forman parte de nuestra vida fauna ect si no que son buenas para cualquier enfermedad, comida ect ahora soy una persona que cada año siembro en mi casa cualquier tipo de planta ya sea de alimento adorno o uso medicinal.

In my house I have many and I investigate and purslane brings us a lot of vitamins such as a and b, potassium, calcium and iron and consumed in different meals soup, salad, raw ect.

En mi casa tengo muchas y investige y la verdolaga nos aporta una gran cantidad de vitaminas como a y b, potasio, calcio e hierro y la consume en distintas comidas sopa, ensalada, cruda ect
