Hello beautiful community and nature lovers, in this post I present you an insect that caught my attention.

I think it belongs to the fly species, it looked like a fly but it was big for a fly.

Hola linda comunidad y amantes de la naturaleza, en este post les presento a un insecto que llamó mi atención.

Creó que pertenece a la especie de las moscas, parecía una mosca pero era grande para serlo.

He was standing on my leg for a long time, at the height of my knee, and I was reflecting sunlight on him, making him look stranger and more peculiar than usual.

With the shadows cast by the tree leaves on my back, it looked like an editing effect.

Estuvo largo tiempo parado en mi pierna, a la altura de mi rodilla y le reflejaba la luz del sol haciendo que se viera más extraño y peculiar de lo normal.

Con las sombras que reflejaban las hojas de árbol a mi espalda, pareciera un efecto de edición.

I liked to see the whole of that moment, so without moving much I managed to take these photos that I share with you today.

This one looks really huuuuge!.. Unfortunately I never saw a huge fly like that before and can't help in identifying it .. It looks a bit like a mixture of a house fly and a firefly ^^

Exactly, it looked like a fly and also a dragonfly. 🤔
