Para esto utilice:
Tela negra
Tul negro
Elástico

Ya yo tenía mi tela cortada ya que cuando la compre solo pedí 30cm de tela al igual que el tul así que ya tenía la tela casi lista solo corte 10cm que saque para la pretina y trabaje la falda con 20cm, procedí a hacer costura en el borde de la tela, hice una costura bastante floja para poder después arrucharla con ayuda del hilo

Siguiente paso saque la pretina y paso a colocarla con el elástico la uno a la tela arruchada y el tul así unire con costura todas las piezas
