Needlewormonday Community Challenge|| My mistery project 🧶❓
Hoy es un Lunes muy diferente y también muy divertido gracias al nuevo CONCURSO creado por @crosheille y @marblely para darle un poco de emoción a nuestra comunidad.
Blessed Monday my dear needleworkers, we meet again in our usual Monday appointment to share our needlework creations.
Today is a very different Monday and also a lot of fun thanks to the new contest created by @crosheille and @marblely to give a little excitement to our community.
Este nuevo desafío me ha parecido super entretenido. Ya he podido leer algunas muy buenas entradas y tengo muchos signos de interrogación en la cabeza, ya no puedo esperar hasta el próximo lunes para que todos podamos develar nuestros proyectos secretos.
In this challenge we must show a preview of our project without saying what it is about, we will stimulate the imagination of our readers, creating a little mystery while we have fun creating.
I have found this new challenge to be super entertaining. I have already read some great entries and I have a lot of question marks in my head, I can't wait until next Monday so we can all unveil our secret projects.
Primero debía ser un proyecto muy sencillo, que pudiera terminar pronto y sin agotarme. (Nada de hacer un sweater en 2 semanas como en el último concurso🙄 )
Segundo, debía ser algo que pudiera hacer con materiales que tuviera en casa ya que no puedo salir a comprar.
Tercero: Debía ser algo que pudiera mostrar su avance sin que se entendiera a simple vista de que se trata.
In my case, I must confess that from the beginning I told myself that I would not participate due to a certain health condition that has to do with my spine, which has kept me on bed rest for a few days. I thought that I would dedicate myself to support the publications and I would have fun reading everyone's entries. But I couldn't resist just watching from the sidelines, so yesterday I started looking for ideas for a project that met certain conditions.
First it had to be a very simple project that I could finish soon and without exhausting myself. (No sweater in 2 weeks like in the last contest🙄 )
Second, it had to be something I could make with materials I had at home since I can't go out shopping.
Third, it had to be something that I could show its progress without it being understood at a glance what it was about.
Well, after so much thought, I chose to make a xxxxx to give as a gift to one of my sisters whose birthday was the Tuesday following the end of the contest so that I could "Kill two birds with one ball of yarn" So I got to work.
También usaré una aguja de aluminio número 4mm porque el hilo es de doble hebra y quiero que mi tejido no quede tan apretado.
The material I will use in this secret project is the same acrylic yarn I used to knit the sweater for the previous contest. On that occasion I bought very large balls of yarn and I had enough material left to make several small projects. I will use three different colors, purple, purple and white. Although this yarn doesn't have the firmness I need for this project, I'm confident that the result will work.
I will also use a 4mm aluminum needle because the yarn is double stranded and I don't want my knitting to be too tight.
Then, over this base, knit rows of half single crochet, alternating two rows of each color, placing the white color in the middle of the other tones.
This is a little preview of my project, I will continue knitting it little by little during the week and we will meet again next Monday to share and unveil all the mysteries of this week. Thanks for reading, greetings and blessings.

Creo que aquí sucedió la ley del contagio, a lo mejor no querías hacerlo pero te fuiste animando con los días, eso es lo bonito del tejido que nos une de maneras inexplicables. Espero que te mejores pronto, trabaja con calma y ponte mucho hielo y calor en las zonas que mas te duelen, eso es buenísimo.

Acá le decimos "cuellos infinitos": son circulares y te los colocas girandolos, son muy abrigados, estoy usando uno ahora jajajajaja. Esperemos al lunes para averiguar el misterio. Que andes bien ❤️.

And I am so sorry to hear you still are in pain and have to lay down, I so hope you will get a bit relief soon. But wow, that you nevertheless participated (and I don’t think you must finish on Monday, I think it is enough when you reveal your project idea).
