Exploration of the mine of St. Vitus IV / Průzkum dolu sv. Víta IV.

Our mine exploration continues.
Finally, we look at the left gallery below. Maybe it will be more interesting than the real one.
It looks a little muddy. Maybe there won't be much water.

We also find a thin iron stalactite hanging from the ceiling.

We continue underground. We walked a few tens of meters. The ceiling of the gallery looks pretty stable.

We get to the flooded section. It can be seen that people are overcoming it through some rest of the barrel that shines underwater here.
In any case, he bends seriously beneath us. The water is increasing and already exceeds the height of our rubber boots.
It's time to retreat.
Maybe we'll come back here sometime when there is more drought. (Maybe today it might be possible;))

The exploration of the mine dragged on. It's getting dark fast. The moon appears at the station in Chrást.

Náš průzkum dolu pokračuje.
Úplně nakonec se podíváme do levé štoly dolu. Třeba bude zajímavější než ta pravá.
Vypadá trochu bahnitě. Snad tam nebude moc vody.

Nalézáme i tenký železitý krápník visící ze stropu.

Postupujeme dále podzemím. Ušli jsme několik desítek metrů. Strop štoly vypadá pěkně stabilně.

Dostáváme se k zaplavenému úseku. Je vidět, že ho lidé překonávají přes nějaký zbytek barelu, který tu prosvítá pod vodou.
Každopádně se pod námi povážlivě prohýbá. Vody přibývá a už přesahuje výšku našich gumovek.
Je čas na ústup.
Třeba se sem ještě někdy vrátíme, až bude větší sucho. (Třeba dnes by to už možná šlo ;))

Průzkum dolu se nám protáhl. Rychle se stmívá. U nádraží v Chrástu se ukazuje měsíc.

Naše trasa končí u železničního mostu přes řeku Klabavu.

Říká se mu Eiffelův most. Je to legenda. Ale hezká...
