Good morning Hivers friends, I hope you are having a great day. One of my favorite series and movies is the X-MEN I love the supernatural powers of each of the mutant men. However, I wanted to give prominence to his nemesis, so today I want to show you the step by step in my recreation of the magneto helmet.

Sin embargo, le quería dar protagonismo a su némesis, por lo que el día de hoy les quiero mostrar el paso a paso en mi recreación del casco de magneto.

Used materials:
• Recycled paper sheets.
• Cardboard shoe box.
• Silicone type glue.
• White glue.
• Pair of scissors.
• Aluminum foil for kitchen.
• Brushes.
• Wine red paint (you can create with red and brown paints).
• Marker or pencil.
• A model of a mannequin head or a person who makes you a model.
• Referential image of the helmet.

Materiales utilizados:
• Hojas de papel recicladas.
• Cartón de caja de zapatos.
• Pegamento tipo silicón.
• Pega blanca.
• Tijeras.
• Papel de aluminio para cocina.
• Pinceles.
• Pintura roja vino (puedes crear con pinturas de color rojo y marrón).

• Un modelo de una cabeza de maniquí o una persona que te haga de modelo.

Beginning of my recreation of Magneto's helmet from the X-MEN.
My husband served as my initial model, I began by wrapping my husband's head with aluminum foil.

Then cut the recycled paper sheets into strips, prepare a little glue with the white glue. And then I started to use the brush and the water to glue the strips of paper on top of the aluminum foil all over my husband's head.

I removed the helmet from my husband's head and the frame was still very loose, so I put the helmet on my head and began to glue more of the paper strip with the glue water.

When your helmet is more resistant, place it on top of a layer of glue water and let it dry for several hours.

When it is dry, remove the aluminum foil from its interior and with the scissors trim the excesses from the front.

Cut two rectangles of equal size from your cardboard and fold one-third of these.

Glue both cards on your helmet.

Mark the arches of the helmet with your pencil or marker on a recycled sheet of paper, and also mark and cut out the central pointed triangle of the helmet from your cardboard.

Glue the pointed triangle to the center of the helmet and then glue the arches of the helmet.

Paint your helmet completely wine red.

With your pencil or marker, mark the shape of the central helmet appliqué on the cardboard and paint the same color wine red.

Wait for the paint to dry and take your aluminum foil and with the scissors cut one-centimeter strips. These strips must be glued to the edge of the helmet.
