Recycle and sow.

If you like aromatic plants... I have three which should not be missing in your kitchen and in your family garden. What's that? You don't have pots? Here, I'll show you how to recycle empty beverage containers.

Reciclar y sembrar.

Si te gustan las plantas aromáticas... tengo tres, que no deben faltar en tu cocina y en tu huerta familiar. Que no tienes macetas? aquí te enseño como reciclar envases vacíos de bebidas.

You must first get the containers, if you do not have some ask your neighbors. These days we celebrate at home and many people have empty containers in their homes that they have not been able to throw away, because they don't know what to do with them.

These three were given to me by a neighbor. She placed them on my garden gate. She knows that I always recycle. I washed them with soap and water, trimmed the upper third and smoothed the bottom on its upper edge with a hot object. This is how it looks.

Primero debes conseguir los envases, si no tienes, pide a los vecinos. En estos días celebramos en casa y muchas personas tienen en sus hogares, envases vacíos que no han podido botar. Porque no saben que hacer con ellos.

Estos tres me los regaló una vecina. Los colocó en la puerta de mi jardín. Ella sabe que yo siempre reciclo. Los lavé con agua y jabón, recorté el tercio superior. y la parte inferior la alisé en su borde superior, con un objeto caliente. Quedó así.

Then I made several holes at the bottom, so that when I add the water the plant can throw away what it doesn't need.

Luego hice varios agujeros en la parte inferior, para que al agregar el agua pueda botar lo que no necesite.

They are ready to receive the soil and then the aromatic plants that should not be missing in your kitchen.

Ya están listos para colocar la tierra y luego las plantas aromáticas que no deben faltar en tu cocina.

Basil:

It's never missing in my meals. I use it in sauces, stews and soups. Sometimes I put it only as an ornament, not only for its bright green color but also for its pleasant mint smell.

La albahaca:
Nunca falta en mis comidas. La uso en las salsas, en los guisados y en las sopas. Algunas veces la coloco solo de adorno, no solo por su color verde brillante, sino también por su agradable olor a menta.

The rosemary:

It generally accompanies my stews. Together with basil they make a great alliance in flavors and smells. In the preparation of fish it's excellent. When I bake or stew a fish or stuffed meat, it's always there.

El romero:
Generalmente acompaña a mis guisados. Junto a la albahaca hacen una gran alianza en sabores y olores. En la preparación de pescados es excelente. Cuando horneo o guiso un pescado o carne rellena, nunca me falta.

The coriander:

It's an aromatic that should not be missing in soups, boils and stews. And to decorate meals since the twigs have a special flavor, color and aroma.

El cilantro:
Es una aromática que no debe faltar en las sopas, hervidos y guisados. Y para adornar las comidas, las ramitas son de sabor, color y aroma especial.

Now these three are in my kitchen, in a place where they get enough sunlight, and available for when they are needed. With recycled bottles, they look very practical and they will stay here for a long time if we give them suitable conditions.

Ahora estas tres en nuestra cocina, en un lugar donde reciba suficiente luz solar, y disponible para el momento en que se necesiten. Con botellas recicladas, se ven muy prácticas y aquí permanecerán por mucho tiempo si le damos condiciones idóneas.
