Hello there builders of the planet Earth! I would like to present another way of crafting scrap papers. This time, I used my empty fabric conditioner plastic bottle. It's a good molder for a flower vase because of its elongated design.

On the above photos are the step by step process on how I arrived to this beautiful creation.

These are how I made the final steps of my painting, using brush and plastic spoons. Below, you will see its raw build up.

I used our old calendar for this because it's wider and longer. The folds and flips are smaller compared to my previous paper matting using empty tin cans. Using the double-edged tape, I started painting from the bottom and upwards. The procedure is just like horizontal basket weaving. I have to stop halfway and tie the other end in order to see the form of the bottle. Then I inserted the strips on the other side.

When I brushed the base cover with plastic varnish to protect it from getting wet, I have observed that the markings began to show off. Actually, it served the purpose but I wanted to paint yet and the flower that I planned to draw don't blend with the colors so I painted the vase with white and a bit green combination.

As you can see, the process is quite simple. You can start with it and am pretty sure that the kids will be more than willing to do the painting for you! Use the spoons for the petals and other end for lining. Actually, I chose the blending yellow and green color to complement the petit yellow flowers atop the vase.

I hope you like it guys! The kids will surely like it!

Thanking this awesome community for initiating this program where members in each family would surely love to take part.

Keep safe everyone!

Till then,

@Sarimanok

Very nice DIY job. I loved the technique you used with the paper, weaving it like a basket. The final product was very beautiful and functional. Greetings and blessings.
