Hi guys! Have you heard something about Ukrainian borscht?

Today, delicious, warm borscht for lunch.

Easy recipe.

Ingredients: meat, potatoes, cabbage, onions, carrots, tomato paste, dill, garlic, sunflower oil,  salt,pepper.

Cooking Ukrainian borscht:

Wash the meat well and cut into pieces.

Fill the meat in a saucepan, put the meat in the saucepan.

Cook the meat until tender. Do not forget to remove the foam, the foam is all bad that comes out of the meat. When preparing the meat, we cook other ingredients.

Peel the potatoes. Cut into small pieces. Finely cabbage mode. We clean and wash onions, carrots, dill.

Cut the cabbage into small pieces.

Bow mode. Pour sunflower oil into the pan, wait for it to heat up, pour the onion into the pan. Fry until golden brown. You can add some sugar.

But not completely fried loo, it should be a little damp, the onions will be fried when we add the carrots.

Grate carrots and garlic. Add to fried onions, fry a little more.

Add tomato paste to a frying pan. You can also add a little water to keep the gravy stewed. Simmer under a closed lid for 5 minutes.

Pour the potatoes to the meat, cook for 15 minutes until tender, so that the potatoes are soft, then add the gravy.

Pour the dill and cabbage into a saucepan.

Salt, pepper. Cover, simmer and simmer for another 15 minutes.

Ukrainian borscht is ready. Pour borscht into a deep plate, you can add sour cream to the borscht, add a piece of gray bread, bacon and a little bit of onion to dinner.
