Homemade mayonnaise.
Ingredients for homemade mayonnaise:
Sunflower oil (refined) - 200 ml;
Eggs - 1 pc;
Sugar - 1 teaspoon;
Salt - 1/2 or 1/4 teaspoon (to taste);
Mustard - 1 teaspoon;
Vinegar 9% - 1 teaspoon.
Preparation:
Put salt, sugar, mustard into a deep container and pour in the oil, carefully so as not to damage the egg, break it and add it to the butter.
Beat with an immersion blender, the blender bowl should cover the egg, in order to beat it first, thus forming an emulsion, then gradually add oil, beat until thick, add vinegar at the end and beat again.
Homemade mayonnaise is ready.
