Saludos amigos de la comunidad de @holos-lotus, con el ejercicio de nuestro estimado @emiliorios, en su columna En Domingo de Séptimo Día, referente al tema: Observa, Analiza y Describe: ¡Una Imagen para Todos! -Esta es la Actividad Interactiva de Septiembre; muchas veces, es la imagen la que abre la conciencia y, en nuestras interacciones, es el punto de partida para analizar, incluso, el entorno.

Una actividad que nos comparte la práctica interactiva con una imagen para todos; que podamos compartir los significativos que por ella emergen y ofrecer diversos puntos de vista. Porque cuando aprendemos a ver las cosas de otra manera, hasta nuestros actos cambian, a continuación mi participación:

Creo que así es la vida, tal como lo refleja la imagen, sé que la vida pasa, sé que el tiempo inevitablemente pasa, pero el sentir callada se queda intacto en mi corazón.

Lo que veo...

Observar esta imagen y ver a una señora asomada a la ventana, me da la sensación de mirar a Rossibell, quien fue mi vecina en las residencias donde viví junto con mi hija hasta hace ya dos años.

El sentimiento que me produce es de añoranzas, recuerdos, cosas dichas y no dichas, silencios, experiencias, afecto y cariño, pues el tiempo siempre pasa dejando mucho atrás.

Hay cosas que quedan sin decir, cosas que no pude expresar, sentimientos que quedaron suspendidos en el aire, y recuerdos de cosas que sentía con el corazón, pero que guardé las palabras que no llegaron a salir de mi boca; puedo decir que fueron esos sentimientos que fueron callados.

Me acuerdo de...

Me trae el recuerdo del dolor y la ausencia de buenos pensamientos que me reconfortan diciéndome que todo está bien, recuerdos de todo lo que viví en esa ciudad durante 16 años.

Entre las memorias del pasado, está el amor vivido, extraño a mi madre y a mis seres queridos que semos han adelantado al final del camino de la vida, que al evocarlos a mí me duele hasta el alma, me duele el desdén y las ausencias de quienes quisiera tener a mi lado.

Lo que siento ante esta imagen...

Me duele el saber que se deja para el mañana un abrazo, un beso, o tan sólo un “aquí estoy”, un te quiero quizás no con palabras pero sí con pequeños detalles que me hagan sonreír.

De todos modos, a veces, cuando he estado totalmente concentrada en el simple hecho de mirar por la ventana, me da esa certeza de que estoy totalmente presente a ese bello momento de concentración en mirar el paisaje que hoy en día puedo admirar y que me produce bienestar y tranquilidad desde mi hogar.

Lo que creo saber sobre esta imagen...

Estos momentos de completa concentración son momentos mágicos y, frecuentemente, hay ocasiones en las que me permito experimentar la unión con ese poder superior, el poder de nuestro creador y con el proceso del universo, como una conexión interior donde soy verdaderamente yo misma y más allá de mí misma.

Entonces hoy es un día donde puedo apreciar que los milagros están constantemente ocurriendo a mi alrededor, pensando que los momentos de gracia abundan en la vida cotidiana.

Porque cuando evito estar ausente, es cuando me detengo a observar que esos milagros si se producen, sólo que a veces se trata de decidir recuperar esa capacidad de percepción y empezar a darme cuenta de las sincronías extraordinarias de las cosas ordinarias, que están allí, pero que solamente debo ponerles mi atención.

Lo cierto es que sé que la vida pasa, que el tiempo va causando estragos en el cuerpo, y se van perdiendo muchas cosas, pero incluso así me duela, le doy gracias a Dios por todas esas etapas y sensaciones de lo vivido, porque cuando todo pasa, el corazón permanece.

Le pido que nos proteja, que nos bendiga, que nos cubra con el manto maravilloso de sus brazos, y que nos llene de su amor.

An activity that shares with us the interactive practice of using an image for everyone; so that we can share the meanings that emerge from it and offer diverse points of view. Because when we learn to see things differently, even our
actions change. Here is my contribution:

I think that’s what life is like, just as the image shows. I know that life goes on; I know that time inevitably passes, but that quiet feeling remains intact in my heart.

What I see...

Looking at this image and seeing a woman leaning out the window gives me the feeling that I’m looking at Rossibell, who was my neighbor in the apartment complex where I lived with my daughter until two years ago.

It stirs up feelings of longing, memories, things said and unsaid, silences, experiences, affection, and warmth—because time always passes, leaving so much behind.

There are things left unsaid, things I couldn’t express, feelings that hung in the air, and memories of things I felt in my heart, but for which I held back the words that never made it out of my mouth; I can say that those were the feelings that were kept silent.

I remember...

It brings back memories of pain and the absence of comforting thoughts that reassure me that everything is all right—memories of everything I experienced in that city over the course of 16 years.

Among the memories of the past are the love I experienced, my longing for my mother and my loved ones who have gone before me to the end of life’s journey—and when I think of them, it pains me to the very core of my soul; I am hurt by the indifference and absence of those I wish were by my side.

What I feel when I see this image...

It hurts to know that a hug, a kiss, or even just an “I’m here”—an “I love you,” perhaps not in words but through small gestures that make me smile—is put off until tomorrow.

Still, sometimes, when I’ve been completely absorbed in simply looking out the window, I feel that certainty that I’m fully present in that beautiful moment of concentration as I gaze at the landscape I can admire today—a view that brings me a sense of well-being and tranquility right from my home.

What I Think I Know About This Image...

These moments of complete concentration are magical, and there are often times when I allow myself to experience a union with that higher power—the power of our Creator and the workings of the universe—as an inner connection where I am truly myself and yet beyond myself.

So today is a day when I can appreciate that miracles are constantly happening all around me, realizing that moments of grace abound in everyday life.

Because when I avoid being absent, that’s when I stop to observe that those miracles do happen—it’s just that sometimes it’s a matter of deciding to reclaim that capacity for perception and start noticing the extraordinary synchronicities in ordinary things, which are right there, but to which I simply need to turn my attention.

The truth is, I know that life goes by, that time takes its toll on the body, and that many things are lost, but even though it hurts, I thank God for all those stages and feelings of what I’ve experienced, because when everything passes, the heart remains.

I ask Him to protect us, to bless us, to wrap us in the wonderful embrace of His arms, and to fill us with His love.
