Saludos amigos de Holos&Lotus, en especial a la amiga @charjaim a quien le agradezco mucho esta maravillosa iniciativa Esa Vida Nuestra/Mi Colección de Momentos. Invito a participar a las amigas @valrodriguez y @ljtorres2.
Coleccionar no es más que reclutar varios objetos de un mismo tipo para atesorarlos y que por general lo hacemos por afición. Lo que nos inspira a realizar esta actividad es porque algo en particular nos apasiona. Antes de entrar de lleno con la iniciativa, recuerdo haber coleccionado muchas cosas a lo largo de mi vida, como calcomanías o pegatinas, hojitas de diarios, piedritas y hasta revistas. Hace pocos días salí con una amiga y fuimos a una tienda que se dedica a la venta de peluches, libretitas y otros objetos de papelería. Al ver tantas cositas bonitas, de pronto me recordó cuando en los años de nuestra infancia coleccionábamos esas hojitas lindas de colores y las intercambiábamos entre nosotras.
A mí me gustaba coleccionarlas, al igual que las piedras, esta última era una de mis favoritas, pero no cualquier piedra, tenía una predilección por aquellas que estaban cubiertas de minerales. Me gustaba el brillo y en ellas veía piedras preciosas como el oro o el diamante. Pasaba parte de mí tiempo jugando a que eran mis tesoros y me divertía mucho con ello. Con el tiempo, las aficiones van cambiando, sin embargo, hay una colección que vamos armando sin darnos cuenta hasta que realmente le damos el lugar y valor que se merecen, los momentos, los inolvidables en nuestra vida.
Es allí cuando le dedicamos álbumes enteros a un acontecimiento importante de nuestra vida, atesorando cada foto y verlas siempre que queramos para volver a revivirlo todo. Cuantas risas y anécdotas se nos vienen a la mente al ver la colección de los momentos buenos y alegres que hemos vivido. Cuando mi madre falleció y ya el cortejo fúnebre estaba por salir, mi padre me hizo señas que le tomara fotos, yo de manera instintiva saqué mi teléfono, pero, en segundos reaccioné y le pregunté ¿de verdad quieres tener fotos de esto?, porque yo no, en ese instante reaccionó y enseguida hizo una negativa con el movimiento de su cabeza, yo guardé mi teléfono y pensé que era inconcebible tener esas fotos, al verlas nunca iba a ser agradable, no hay bienestar en revivir aquel trágico momento.
Si coleccionamos lo que nos gusta y nos hace feliz, entonces vamos a revivir esos momentos, he aquí mi colección.
Mi Acto de grado
¿Cómo no atesorar un logro tan importante como la graduación de mi carrera universitaria en la especialidad de Ingeniería Industrial?. Este fue uno de los momentos más felices del que tengo un álbum repleto de hermosos recuerdos.
Esta es la muestra de retribuir un poco a mis padres el esfuerzo y dedicación por mi educación, por siempre incentivarme a ser alguien en la vida, a tener cultura, compromiso, responsabilidad y tener una profesión para lograr independencia económica. Mi madre logró obtener su título universitario cuando yo tenía 9 años, así que mi hermano y yo fuimos partícipes de esta meta.
Compartir en familia
Otro de los momentos que me gusta coleccionar es cuando compartimos en familia, bien sea en fiestas, viajes, comer el algún restaurante, la navidad o los cumpleaños. Son momentos muy gratos que merecen una colección de fotografías, verlas es trasladarnos de inmediato a aquel inolvidable momento y recordar alguna anécdota, pues recordar es vivir. Una foto es recrear en vivo el momento a diferencia de evocarla en nuestra mente, de esa manera no se nos escapa nada.
Mis viajes
Viajar es una experiencia maravillosa, siempre me ha gustado irme de viaje, cuando era más chica la noche anterior a nuestra salida me costaba dormir por la emoción. De nuestros viajes en familia guardamos los más hermosos momentos. En mi adultez, no hay viaje que no tenga fotos, uno de los mejores momentos para mí fue mi primer viaje al exterior. Cuando salía de vacaciones siempre elegía algún destino, para mí vacaciones sin viaje no son vacaciones. A veces viajaba al exterior y en otras ocasiones visitaba ciudades de mi país. Me encanta ir a la isla de Margarita, uno de mis sitios favoritos. Desde el año 2016 cesaron los viajes para mi, dada la situación económica del país se me dificultó viajar, no obstante, pude hacerlo de nuevo en el año 2022.
Yo me disfruto todo el viaje, toda la espera y proceso en el aeropuerto, terminal de buses o ferry, para mí es toda una aventura hasta llegar a mi destino para luego divertirme en mi estadía.
La vida está llena de momentos inolvidables, son los que merecen ser recordados, atesorados y traerlos de vuelta, no para comparar nuestra vida y torturarnos con lo que ahora no podemos hacer porque no nos hace bien, sino para volver a revivirlos y sentirnos felices.

Collecting is nothing more than gathering several objects of the same type to treasure them and we usually do it as a hobby. What inspires us to do this activity is because we are passionate about something in particular. Before getting into the initiative, I remember having collected many things throughout my life, such as stickers, newspaper pages, pebbles and even magazines. A few days ago I went out with a friend and we went to a store that sells stuffed animals, notebooks and other stationery. When I saw so many beautiful things, it suddenly reminded me of when in our childhood years we used to collect those cute little colorful leaves and exchange them among us.
I liked to collect them, as well as the stones, this last one was one of my favorites, but not just any stone, I had a predilection for those that were covered with minerals. I liked the shine and in them I saw precious stones like gold or diamonds. I spent part of my time playing that they were my treasures and I had a lot of fun with it. With time, hobbies change, however, there is a collection that we put together without realizing it until we really give it the place and value it deserves, the moments, the unforgettable ones in our life.
It is there when we dedicate entire albums to an important event in our life, treasuring each photo and seeing them whenever we want to relive it all. How many laughs and anecdotes come to mind when we see the collection of the good and happy moments we have lived. When my mother passed away and the funeral procession was about to leave, my father signaled me to take pictures, I instinctively took out my phone, but in seconds I reacted and asked him, do you really want to have pictures of this, because I do not, at that moment he reacted and immediately made a negative with a shake of his head, I put my phone away and thought it was inconceivable to have those pictures, seeing them would never be pleasant, there is no well being in reliving that tragic moment.
If we collect what we like and makes us happy, then let's relive those moments, here is my collection.
My Graduation Ceremony
How not to treasure such an important achievement as the graduation of my university career in the specialty of Industrial Engineering? This was one of the happiest moments of which I have an album full of beautiful memories.
This is the sign of giving back a little to my parents for their effort and dedication to my education, for always encouraging me to be someone in life, to have culture, commitment, responsibility and to have a profession to achieve economic independence. My mother managed to obtain her university degree when I was 9 years old, so my brother and I were part of this goal.
Sharing as a family
Another of the moments that I like to collect is when we share with our family, whether it's parties, trips, eating at a restaurant, Christmas or birthdays. They are very pleasant moments that deserve a collection of photographs, to see them is to move us immediately to that unforgettable moment and remember some anecdote, because to remember is to live. A photo is a live recreation of the moment as opposed to evoking it in our mind, that way nothing escapes us.
My travels
Traveling is a wonderful experience, I have always liked to go on a trip, when I was younger the night before we left I had trouble sleeping because of the excitement. From our family trips we keep the most beautiful moments. In my adulthood, there is no trip that does not have photos, one of the best moments for me was my first trip abroad. When I went on vacation I always chose a destination, for me a vacation without a trip is not a vacation. Sometimes I traveled abroad and other times I visited cities in my country. I love going to Margarita Island, one of my favorite places. Since 2016 travel ceased for me, given the economic situation of the country it was difficult for me to travel, however, I was able to do it again in 2022.
I enjoy the whole trip, all the waiting and process at the airport, bus terminal or ferry, for me it is an adventure to reach my destination and then have fun during my stay.
Life is full of unforgettable moments, they are the ones that deserve to be remembered, treasured and brought back, not to compare our life and torture ourselves with what we can not do now because it does not do us good, but to relive them again and feel happy.

Que hermosos recuerdos asesorados en tu alma para siempre, creo que mientras pasa el tiempo y las fotos se pierden o simplemente nunca sacamos un registro de ellas todo eso queda en nuestra alma, momentos que no se pueden olvidar. Me pasa muchísimo que quisiera encontrar alguna foto específica pero de un momento a otro vienen esas imágenes a mi mente y me llenan de alegría y nostalgia.

Revivir esos momentos felices le da una dosis extra de vitamina a la vida, renueva energía y es muy gratificante para el espíritu, esos momentos son los que deben ir en esas cajas.
