Eye sigh

Sighs do not only leave our mouths,
they exit our eyes, as well โ€”
like crumpled clouds losing courage,
sailing emptily to the ground.

An eye sigh, versus an eye roll,
is more forgiving and pitying ...
because it knows,
that under the luminous umbrella
called Human Love

cower dark things
like vanity, fear, weakness,
jealousy, even sickness,
destruction and hate.

I, sigh

Learn to pray
in this transit of
reflection called
humanity.

As I read this, these words came out... It is like a light when I have the opportunity to read a poem.

Very beautiful, enchanting, melancholic, and fascinating poetry! Indeed, it as you say in a very meaningful and truthful manner, more specifically that our eyes sigh as well... Perhaps sometimes even more than the physical sound of the sigh that exists the mouth, which is very sad indeed...

Sincere congratulations for this poem! All the best, much health, take care, stay safe, many blessings, and great peace your way! Keep up the good work and God bless you! ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™โœŒ๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ

"under the luminous umbrella
called Human Love"

HOW do you do that? Chills up and down my arms.
