Splinterlands Battle | Yodin Zaku is on fire.

Welcome to my blog where I'll share my winning battle of the Yodin Zaku on the battlefield.

Summoner: YODIN ZAKU (LEGENDARY Fire Summoner)

This is the legendary summoner that I wished to get so much from the airdrop and I even invested in some booster packs to get my hands on this fantastic summoner.

I remember publishing around 2-3 posts about me investing in this summoner and I also talked about the feedback about what went wrong and I even thought that I got one from the airdrop and then I understood that I better leave watching that dream of getting a Yodin Zaku from the airdrop. And then I've got some of this legendary summoner from the packs that I bought and opened and I sold some and I kept this one for me to scare away my opponents.

Let me show one of my battle using the special buff of Yodin Zaku.

Link to the battle.

A Brief Info About The Battle

The battle mana cap was 17 with the "Standard" ruleset where I used the fire splinter with the Yodin Zaku for the battle and my opponent used the dragon splinter against me.

I'm mainly showing this battle to show the helpful part of Yodin Zaku..

Lineup.

After using Yodin Zaku as summoner, I had my Cerberus in level 1, Creeping Ooze in level 1, Furious Chicken in level 1, Goblin Fireballer in level 1 & Fire Beetle in level 1.

And my opponent had his/her cards as Haunted Spirit in level 1, Twisted Jester in level 1, Haunted Spider in level 1, Undead Priest in level 1 & Furious Chicken in level 1.

No 01: Cerberus (Rare Fire Monster)

Cerberus is the three-headed beast which is a great melee attacker in fire splinter and which I'm using from the very beginning of my splinterlands journey whenever I play a battle with fire splinter.

I used my Cerberus in level 1 with 2 melee attacks, 3 speed & 5 health with "Heal" ability and it needs 4 mana to battle.

Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

No 02: CREEPING OOZE (COMMON Neutral Monster)

The one mana neutral monster that's been taking a place almost in every player's heart, I guess.

It has the ability "Slow" which decreases the speed of every monster of the opponent team.

I used my Creeping Ooze in level 1 with 1 speed & 1 health with "Slow" ability and it needs 1 mana for battle.

Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

No 03: Furious Chicken (Rare Neutral Monster)

This is the card that I use when there's a slot left but no mana left. I mean its service is great for free I suppose. Right now... I can't imagine playing a match without this card.
It's like the chicken that lays the golden egg. It provides great support with its counterattack. With 0 mana... it's just amazing.

My Furious Chicken is in level 1 with 1 speed, 1 health and It needs 0 mana to play.

Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

No 04: GOBLIN FIREBALLER (COMMON Fire Monster)

This is a low mana fire monster that I wished to play with and review after doing a battle.

Goblin Fireballer is a common fire monster from the untamed edition that offers "Snare & Stun" abilities in higher level but no extra buffs in level 1. I've used this monster in level 1 on the battlefield. Goblin Fireballer needs only 2 mana for joining a battle. So it's a nice fit for little leagues.

I used my Goblin Fireballer in level 2 with 1 ranged attack, 1 speed & 2 health and it needs 2 mana to battle.

Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

No 05: FIRE BEETLE (COMMON Fire Monster)

This is probably the most used fire monster in my collection along with other helpful monsters.
It's a very powerful beetle with fire on it that has a nice ability which is "Snipe" from level 1 and it's a very helpful monster for little league battles.

I used my Fire Beetle in level 3 with 2 ranged attacks, 2 speed & 4 health with "Snipe" ability, and it needs 3 mana to play.

Go on check out this card from Splinterlands Market if you wish to.

For the special buff of my summoner Yodin Zaku, 2 of my (ranged) monsters got +1 ranged attack each, all my monsters got +1 health each and the "Blast" ability. And for the special buff of my opponent's summoner, my Cerberus lost 1 melee attack for being a melee monster and for the "Weaken" ability of my opponent's Undead Priest, all my monsters lost 1 health each which means all of em lost the extra health that was offered by my summoner. And for the special "Slow" ability of my Creeping Ooze, 2 of my opponent monsters lost 1 speed each.

Then... for being the most speed holder, my Cerberus started the battle with its first attack on my opponent's Haunted Spirit and killed 1 health with the starting shot while the second monster of my opponent lost 1 health as well for the "Blast" of my Cerberus. Then my opponent's Twisted Jester attacked and killed my Creeping Ooze and the opponent's monsters who lost 1 speed each for the "Slow" ability of my Creeping Ooze now got back the lost speed. Then my Fire Beetle attacked and killed 2 health of my opponent's Twisted Jester while both my opponent's Haunted Spirit and Haunted Spider lost 1 health each for the "Blast" of my Fire Beetle. Using the "Heal" ability, my opponent's Haunetd Spirit healed 2 of it's health and attacked my Cerberus but fortunately (for me) it was a miss shot. Then after my opponent's Haunted Spider attacked and killed 2 health of my Cerberus, my Goblin Fireballer attacked and killed 2 health of my opponent's Haunted Spirit while my opponent's Twisted Jester had to leave the battlefield for the "Blast" of my Goblin Fireballer.

Using the "Heal" ability, my Cerberus healed 2 of it's health and attacked and killed 1 health of my opponent's Haunted Spirit while the Haunted Spider of my opponent had to leave the battlefield for the "Blast" of my Cerberus. Then my Fire Beetle attacked and killed 1 health of Undead Priest of my opponent and at the same time, my opponent's Huanted Spirit lost 1 health and Furious Chicken became a grill without any sausage and ingredients for the "Blast" of my Fire Beetle. Then my opponent's Haunted Spirit healed 2 more health and attacked and killed 2 health of my Cerberus. Then my Goblin Fireballer attacked and killed 2 health of my opponent's Haunetd Spirit and the Undead Priest of my opponent had to leave the battlefield and with that, all my monsters got back the health that they lost for the "Weaken" of that Undead Priest of my opponent.

First, my Cerberus healed 2 health and attacked and killed 1 health of my opponent's Haunted Spirit. Then my Fire Beetle attacked and killed that opponent monster for good and the last opponent monster had to leave the battlefield with sad face while all my monsters were forbading the opponent team with great pleasure.

The battle finished in round 3 while my team only had 4 monsters alive. All my monsters did great on the battlefield.

So does Speed help with avoiding hits? And what did the yodin do for everyone in battle? Looks like +1 health and stunning the enemy...

So does Speed help with avoiding hits?

No, speed only helps to attack accordingly... most speed holder attacks first.
And there are some abilities of some monsters that help with avoiding hits such as flying, shield etc although I'm not sure why the Cerberus in my battle avoided a hit this time.

And what did the yodin do for everyone in battle? Looks like +1 health and stunning the enemy.

Only ranged monsters get +1 attack, and all monsters get +1 health and the "Blast" ability.

Thanks for the response it helps! BTW do you know if there are free to use stock images for SL cards? Or am I able to copy image and source it from site? I have not tried yet but I'm concerned that the source link wont show unless signed in.

As far as I know... everything about splinterlands is free to use but I don't take the risk and I use links.
And you don't need to be signed in to copy a link. You may normally go to the market page, pick any picture with the source link.

I think you don't know about the lore page.
I didn't make up any images here. All character images are from splinterlands lore.
Just select a card from the website and you'll get a part as "Lore", click on it and you'll get the pro images that I used in my post.

Yes, but you have image editor and add fancy little things to images. What image software do you use again?
