Splinterlands | June Results & Earnings Report
June 1st Collection Value
I started the month of June with a total card collection value of 981$ (766$ Main account | 215$ Alt Account). My collection is by no means optimized and I could reach similar results with a much smaller card collection. I do continue to hold on to all my cards building my collection which got me into champions League 2 with my main account while Also reaching Champions League 3 with my Alt account.
Last month, I again kept close track of the earnings just from completing the daily quest based on the card & DEC prices if that day. I added the rank I reached each day and the dec that was earned from the winning games while completing the quests. I split things up this time between my 2 accounts.
The key of it all is consistency and completing the daily quests each and every single day. The individual rewards might not be spectacular most days, but you will eventually get something big and it certainly does all add up over time. I do see as the rewards still being too high at the moment and don't think the game needs to give this much as it's quite enjoyable as an actual game. 27 minutes a day on average was enough to complete both daily quests which added up to a total value of 66.36$ in case I could have sold everting instantly.
I have learned how to play quite fast, have a balanced collection and this was another good month in terms of rewards so don't expect to be able to duplicate or come close to this from the start by just getting the summoner's spellbook.
June Reward Cards
I managed to pull 2 Golden Epic reward cards last month. Card values have taken somewhat of a hit though as some whales are currently selling their collection at a discount. + 26.975$ of reward cards at current value.
June Essence Orbs / Untamed Pack Card Rewards
Someone bought up all the remaining Orb Packs which made the game switch to handing out Untamed packs instead. I guess this month saw some regression to the mean as I only got 4 packs in total compared to 19 last month. I did manage to get 1 golden and 1 legendary from the packs as I had an increased chance because I used the reward potions.
June DEC Earnings
Dark Energy Crystals have been trading at an insane discount around 0.43$ and are bound to go up in price to at least 0.70$-0.80$ once the pre-sale for the next expansion drops as paying for that will be pegged to 1$ value for 1000 DEC. I pretty much continue to stack everything I earn in DEC and am buyçing some more on top of that.
Account | Dec | Value |
---|---|---|
Main Account Ranked Wins | 14918DEC | 6.41$ |
Main Account Reward Chests | 10307DEC | 4.43$ |
Alt Account Ranked Wins | 13509 DEC | 5.81$ |
Alt Account Reward Chests | 7398 DEC | 3.18$ |
Combined, I earned around 46132 DEC (compared to 43847 DEC last month) during the month of June. I could buy 46$ worth of in-game purchase, sell it at the current dumping prices for 19.83$ or keep holding on to it waiting for the price to get back closer to the 1000 DEC = 1$ peg.
June Affiliate Earnings
I continue to lease of cards in a win-win deal to everyone that signs up using my referral link helping them give a big boost getting started in the game. (See Full Deal). I have been pretty much re-investing my referral earnings to buy more powerful cards in order to make the deal I'm able to offer much better and will continue to do this.
Affiliate Investments - Buying Cards
Since the new system pays affiliate earnings in credits, I'm using them to both make my own collection stronger and to buy stronger cards to lease out to new affiliates improving the deal I'm able to offer. The total credits I received from Referral earnings were 31828 (31.828$). I used 25726 credits to buy cards which now decreased in value to 18.404$ because of the recent card price dump. I have quite some confidence in this game and don't mind riding the ups and downs.
Affiliate Promotion Cards
The Splinterlands team has been running a promotion where everyone who signs up using a referral link will receive 1 random card from the @sl-giveaways account when they buy the 10$ summoner's spellbook. The account from which the referral link was used also receives 1 random card. I again had 4 new sign-ups that ended up getting the summoner's Spellbook last month and did receive 4 cards which have a combined value of 1.098$
Affiliate earnings | Credits | $ Value |
---|---|---|
Credits | 6102 | 6.102$ |
Cards | - | 18.404$ |
Promo | - | 1.098$ |
Total | - | 25.604$ |
Special Thanks to everyone who signed up using my Link!
June Splinterlands Post Earnings
I continue to join the weekly Share your battle Challenge which is plenty of fun and also really adds to the blogging earnings. The number of players that are joining these challenges has doubled compared to a couple months back which means the upvotes now get spread around more. Also, the @splinterlands account on Steem has fully powered down by now making it so that overall earnings from blogging went down as expected. They still added up to 27.706$ in June from 7 posts! All of them can be found on Hive.blog & Steemit. I also cross-post these on Publish0x and Uptrennd as it's a great way to promote the game. The earnings from those posts are not counted in this report.

The total Marketcap of Splinterlands cards has quite a big pull-back as of late due to some whales putting a lot of their cards on the market at discount prices since most of them are max level and there aren't all too many buyers for these very high-level cards. I totally expect things to get back to normal in the coming months. This was the first time my collection actually went down in value this year. I haven't sold a single card yet. I also managed to save 160k+ DEC which is not counted toward the collection value.
If you want to try out Splinterlands for free and use my Referral Link you will get a great head start in case you end up getting the 10$ Summoner's Spellbook which unlocks rewards and so much more as I will lease a whole bunch of extra cards to you (See Full Promo Sign-Up Deal). When you sign up without a referral link you also won't be getting a random card from the @sl-giveaways which is a promo the Splinterlands team is still running.
Here is a short Gameplay Tutorial for those who are looking to test the game for themselves...
Important: Treat games in the first place as games and not as investment opportunities, Splinterlands allows you to earn some money and get good returns but you are generally much better off flipping burgers in Mcdonalds when looking at the money earned for the time invested.

These are solid numbers again. There are some big players dumping stuff on the market and there are some good offers available. I used about 50 k of Dec to invest in summoners...
Looking forward to seeing you on the battlefield ;-)
👍
From what I understand some of the big Korean players are pissed off because Splinterlands moved to HIVE, and I guess some of they were highly invested running bots that mined a lot of cards that are now being sold off. I'm also taking the opportunity to stack some more cards.
A really thorough analysis of the winnings in the game.
We loved the detail with which you performed the calculations, very good. We also look forward to seeing you on the battlefield.

Very inspiring post with lots of awesome information!
Thanks for sharing! - @ashikstd
It's a fantastic report.
It made me think about how much time you needed to prepare it.
and about your "Most Valuable Earned Reward Cards"... I'd congratulate you for getting not one but two Gold Epic cards in a month.
Keep up the good work.
