Another week has gone by in my challenge to open 1000 Chaos Legion packs, and I will closely monitor and transparently share all details about the challenge in these posts.

Road to opening 1000 Chaos Legion Packs Week 18 Update

Lots have been happening in the world of crypto and splinterlands. The new splinterlands reward system dropped when the new season began, and I am still trying to adjust to it as it's been much harder to grind out those daily chests. Previously, I could claim anywhere between 7 and 12 chests daily, but since the new reward system went live, that has halved as I am only getting between 3 and 5 chests daily. Also, we saw BTC finally have its first green week in over two months. This positive sentiment also seemed to have affected my pack opening this week, as I had my best pack opening in two months. The challenge is now 40% complete and 2000 Chaos Legion cards by opening 400 packs. The overall numbers are still in negative territory, but it was nice to have a decent pack opening this week.

Key Cards

I have no complaints from this week's pack opening as I received two legendaries and a Gold Foil rare summoner. I have finally landed the Fungus Fiend legendary and am slowly completing all zero mana-cost legendary monsters.
