Thanks for writing about it. I do not have the ruler and lord but rent them sometimes although it is indeed costly. The dwarf is indeed a very strong card in equalizer rule set.

Ruler of the Seas is worth buying as it can change the fate of the battle in couple of rounds itself.

I was lucky to get many Lord A during early days of daily quests to level it up to 3 and it's beast against melee and magic attack with magic reflect and thorns.
